Is there plugin for the banner manager, how can i manage the banner for the pages...

The jojo_bannerimage plugin may be what you're looking for. You'll find it at http://snaps.jojocms.org/

Be sure to get the version compatible with the version of Jojo that you're running (Trunk or Jojo 1 branch).
